Welcome to the Blog!



I am so excited to announce the launch of my much-requested and long-awaited blog/vlog! (vlog = blog + video). I've had so many people ask me to send them recipes I sent out in a newsletter that had gotten lost, or to resend a link or content from a newsletter that had accidentally gotten deleted. Not an issue any longer, my friends! I'll be posting on this blog weekly, and will also email out the content to subscribers (along with extra bonus items, downloads, tips & tricks - have you subscribed yet? In addition to weekly blog posts, I am also going to be going LIVE on Facebook each Tuesday at noon, CST on my Facebook Page.
